RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. RETURNS

Once you receive your order, returns are not accepted. However, you can inspect your item upon arrival. If you need to return or exchange it while the courier is still there, you can do so by covering the shipping fee — unless there’s a manufacturing defect, in which case shipping is on us.

2. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only possible at the time of delivery. Just let the courier know on the spot if you need a swap. Once they leave, we won’t be able to process any exchange requests.

3. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue.
